Smart10 Ltd are 7 years old this month and are already preparing for another growth spurt.
2019 means new premises, a complete re-brand, a newly installed CRM System and exciting new horizons for Welwyn Garden City’s very own independent recruitment company, smart10 Ltd.
Working opposite the Wheat Quarter on Broadwater Road for the last 7 years, the team at smart10 Ltd have seen incredible transformation inside and outside of their welcoming, bright and bustling offices. As the old Shredded Wheat Factory structures were being pulled down to make room for 1,500 new homes, a wellness centre, employment space, art hub and a new Civic Building, smart10 Ltd has had it’s own transformation taking place internally.
Has the 7 Year Itch hit smart10 Ltd?
To accommodate the growth of the business, smart10 Ltd will be moving to a larger office space imminently (once the renovations are complete) and will welcome some new team members on board and other team members back to the fold. They will also be refreshing and updating their look and style in line with their new premises while maintaining their friendly, open and honest approach to recruitment.
Looking after clients and helping the community
Customer service is top of the agenda for smart10 Ltd which is why they retain 94% of their clients and frequently welcome back existing candidates when they are looking for their next challenge. They also receive 32% of their candidates through recommendation.
The environment and Corporate Social Responsibility is also of great importance to them which is why they recently went paperless and frequently give their time and support to local charities including Welwyn Garden City Station Adoption Group for whom they recently supplied some stunning rustic plant pots handmade by St Albans Wood Recycling.
Claire is also due to offer her time at her old school, Bishop’s Hatfield Girls’ School, in the coming weeks to lecture teenagers on ‘Interview Techniques’ as part of the Herts School’s Sixth Form Consortium.
