Job Overview

Do you have Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Retentions or Customer Service experience? My client in technology and telecommunications are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Client Relationship team. You will bring with you excellent aptitude and technical interest, along with the ability to deal with multiple issues and queries throughout the day with your portfolio of assigned clients.


Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 + OTE

Location: St. Albans

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 9:00 - 5:30, Monday to Friday



  • Supporting clients by providing analysis on their business needs and excellent customer service
  • Gathering feedback from clientele to expand on their spend and revenue
  • Calling into the existing customer base and sending emails to customers to update them on product developments and new advances
  • Ensuring customer expectations are met and dealing with any escalations from issues with implementation or delivery
  • Giving product information where possible and booking appointments in for service reviews with their dedicated CRM


Skills/experience required:

  • Previous Account Management/ Customer Service or Retentions experience is essential for this role
  • A genuine interest in technology
