Job Title: Service Coordinator 

Salary: £21,000 PA

Location: Hitchin

Contract: Perm

Hours: Full time- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm


Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing orders
  • Scheduling engineers to callouts
  • Managing multiple work diaries
  • Dealing with high volume of calls
  • Providing regular updates to customers and clients
  • Ordering parts for quotes
  • Providing excellent customer service


Skills/Experience Required:

  • Confident communicator
  • Able to understand financial targets
  • Passionate about providing great customer service
  • Ability to prioritise heavy workload
