Job Overview

Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

Salary: up to £23,000 PA

Location: Hitchin

Contract: Perm

Hours: Full time- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers enquiries over the phone and email
  • Advising customers on product identification
  • Processing orders on SAP
  • Being the first point of contact
  • Processing order returns
  • Investigating customers invoice queries, including late deliveries
  • Creating and maintaining customers master data in the Salesforce CRM System
  • Providing excellent customer service

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experienced in a product support role, with includes carrying out processing orders and returns
  • A knowledge of SAP
  • Able to deal with a high volume of calls
  • Proven experience in building a strong rapport with business partners over the phone and email
  • Superb telephone manner and excellent communication skills but written and verbal
  • Experience of meeting KPI’s would be an advantage
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about providing great customer service
