Job Title: Service Coordinator 

Location: Hitchin

Salary: up to £21,000 PA

Job Type: Monday to Friday, Permanent  


Job Duties

  • Managing Engineers daily work schedules
  • Providing regular updates to customers and clients
  • Scheduling engineers
  • Ensuring both customers and company’s KPI’s are exceeded
  • Ordering parts
  • Providing great customer service


Skills needed

  • Must be a confident communicator
  • Commercially aware and able to understand financial targets
  • Able to prioritise a heavy workload
  • A calm and methodical approach to work
