Job Overview

Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Salary: Up to £19,000 per annum
Location: Hertford
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Purpose of the role: you will be joining an experienced, dedicated Finance Team to support with all aspects of accounts for a portfolio of properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter budgets onto Quickbooks
  • Raise service charges and rent invoices
  • Invoice for utilities, insurances and ad-hoc charges
  • Set up direct debits for customers
  • Allocate customer payments
  • Send invoices
  • Handle queries
  • Credit control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Calculate accruals and prepayments
  • Prepare budget vs actual P&L reports
  • Prepare audit packs

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous accounts experience
  • Quickbooks knowledge is beneficial, but not essential
  • Team player
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
