Job Overview

Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
(7.30am – 4.30pm, 8.00am – 5.00pm, 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9.00am – 6.00pm)

Our client, established more than 20 years ago, is a leading specialist of award-winning products. They are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing team within the heart of Hemel Hempstead. The successful applicant will have previous Sales Administration experience and be eager to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Duties:

  • Inputting daily customer orders
  • Answering incoming calls and forwarding to correct person
  • Managing and accurately updating the sales database
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the business

Person Specification:

  • Previous sales administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
  • Positive ‘can do’ approach
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
