Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Watford
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Shift Patterns
Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 8.00pm
1 Saturday a month between 9.00am – 12.00pm (paid at a rate of 1.5 hrs on top of annual salary)

Our well-established client is seeking excellent customer service candidates to join their busy service team.

Job Duties:

  • Handling inbound communications from customers, including emails and phone calls
  • Updating CRM system with accurate and well written notes
  • Adjusting customer contracts when necessary
  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Dealing with customer queries with an empathetic and logical approach

Person Specification:

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive ‘can do’ personality
  • Mature and empathetic approach to situations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • PC Literate
